Submitting a Website Automatically
As an example, we will use Add-URL to submit a website to a hundred search engines and directories in one go.
- The submission is done directly on the editor's website and does not require any software download. So let's meet on the website:
www.add-url.com.
- Click on the Search Engines Available link to review the list of directories and search engines targeted.
- Revert to the homepage and click on the Add-URL Form link.
- You have to supply three series of information regarding your e-mail (for receiving reports), your personal details and your
website (title, URL, description, key words, categories).
As for the category, Add-URL simply asks you to make your choice on Yahoo!.
- Click on the button at the bottom of the page to send the form data. The procedure is then launched automatically.
- You will receive reports via email with the submission results.
