Rules for Writing Emails
Writing emails, which does not differ in essence from writing letters, does, however, have its specific features. Here are
some useful rules that will prevent you from being taken for the
Web nitwit:
- Find an eye-catching subject.

Its goal is to encourage the webmaster to open the message.
- Customise the email as much as possible.

Specify the first name and/or the name of the webmaster, the address of his/her website, and perhaps also add a small reference
to a small plus offered by his website.
- Give the webmaster an argument that could encourage him/her to move in your direction (marketing, promotion, etc.).

Promising a reciprocal link to his/her website should convince him.
A conclusion such as
do not hesitate to contact me followed by your signature and phone number will encourage the webmaster to answer your request.
These few rules will enable you to increase your feedback ratio and the number of partners.
