Site's Administration : Password protecting directories

A website is by definition accessible to the general public. But you may wish to restrict the access to certain pages to specific users: holiday photos to close friends, your draft of a novel to a chosen few, your online CV to authorised persons only. From now on, you need not worry about intruders as they will have to identify themselves. Just try this method with webmaster as login and fullacc as password !
