Music and sounds : Editing and inserting a MIDI file
Eric Chautrand

The MIDI format was the first vehicle for incorporating sound into a Web page, largely because of the small size of the files it produces. Although depending on the sound generator used, the quality also contributed to its success. In this workshop, you will learn how to play back a MIDI file and apply a few changes to it.

We will also deal with the browser compatibility problem so that Navigator fans as well as Internet Explorer enthusiasts will benefit equally from your talents as a musician. Listen to the results of this workshop before moving on.
