Photoshop : A Autochrome Effect on Your Photos
Bernard Jolivalt

Invented in 1903 by Auguste and Louis Lumière, autochrome was the only colour photography technique available to amateur photographers until 1955. The principle was quite simple: three layers of potato starch emulsion stained in the red, green and blue primary colours, applied to a panchromatic glass plate (in other words, a black and white plate).

In this workshop we will be reproducing the grain effect and the pastel shades of autochrome photography with Photoshop.
