Some Web page animations can be annoying, for example when a visitor is trying to read the text on the page and the animation attracts his/her attention more than it should. A way of creating un-intrusive animations is to limit the amount of movements and to insert longer waiting times so that they don't flit about constantly. This technique produces animations that are both interesting and fun, while remaining subtle.
