Layers Order

Only now, our rays of light are beneath the doves. In order to make our birds fly towards the light, we are going to have to place the Rays layer above the Doves layer. Proceed as follows to modify the order of the layers:

  • Select Layers > Arrange > Move Up.

    • The doves disappear, we only see the photo of the ray of light. This is quite normal, as our doves have been covered by the Rays layer.

Move Up? Move Down? Other commands also exist for organizing the layers. You can choose between:

  • Bring to Top. This places the layer at the top of the list, above all the others.

  • Move Up. This places the layer above the layer that preceded it.

  • Move Down. This places the layer below the layer that followed it.

  • Send to Bottom. This places the layer just above the background image.
