Framing Borders with Frames
By continuing to vary the technique previously used, you can quickly create nice framing. To do this, we will use five frames
instead of two:

By organising the five frames appropriately, you can obtain a fancy border around the page. The striped borders are, in fact,
small frames with a striped background pattern. Here are the five frames used:

You can obtain the same sort of result with a simplified version. The page shown below uses framing made up of plain colours,
without any image:

Whatever the size of the browser window, a frame of a different colour will be displayed around the central area. The trick
is to apply absolute values for the frame widths (here, 20 pixels) and to use an asterisk (*) for the remaining window area.
