Design : How to use frames properly

Once the ergonomic issues (printing, bookmarks, etc.) are solved or deemed not essential, frames can definitely be used to
design creative sites. Only two frames are needed to create this type of page with quite an interesting layout.

Start by creating your complete background image. Divide it vertically into two parts and write down their exact sizes. Next,
create two HTML pages. One will use the left part as its background, and the other the right part. Here is the result you
should obtain:

By now, you have probably begun to understand. All you need to do now is to use these pages in two frames, ensuring that you
apply the exact image dimensions you wrote down. Just make sure that the left frame uses a fixed size. As the frame borders
are hidden, the two images join together perfectly.
Pages without frames. It is advisable to create other pages for visitors using old browsers that are unable to display frames. For this, include
the
<NOFRAMES> tag.
